About Our Community

This association is a charity-based community established to support Kerala Malayali foreigners living in Malaysia. Our purpose is to provide guidance, welfare assistance, and community-based activities for members.

2. Membership Eligibility

By joining this association, members agree to follow all rules and guidelines set by:

• The Government of Malaysia
• The Association’s Constitution, Rules, and Regulations

3. Compliance With Malaysian Law

All members must obey Malaysian laws at all times. If any member violates Malaysian laws, the association cannot provide support or protection for such actions.

4. Association Rules & Regulations

Members must:

• Respect the objectives and values of the association
• Participate in association activities peacefully
• Maintain good behaviour and discipline
• Follow all policies and instructions issued by the Executive Committee

5. Executive Committee Authority

All official decisions of the association are made by the Executive Committee. Committee decisions are final and binding. Members are not permitted to challenge or question the decisions made by the Executive Committee. Any changes to rules, membership benefits, or policies will be announced officially by the Committee.

6. Member Responsibilities

Members agree to:

• Keep their membership details and contact information accurate
• Cooperate with all community programs and activities
• Maintain respect and harmony within the association

7. Suspension or Cancellation of Membership

The Executive Committee reserves the right to suspend or cancel membership if:

• A member breaks Malaysian laws
• A member violates the association’s rules
• A member damages the name, peace, or reputation of the association

8. Disclaimer

The association operates strictly for charity and community welfare. We do not provide legal assistance, immigration support, or protection for any unlawful activities. Members are not permitted to challenge or question the decisions made by the Executive Committee.

9. Membership Payments

All membership payments must be made within the specified due date. Membership payments contribute to community welfare activities and administrative expenses. Payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.

10. Payment Delay & Account Suspension

If a member fails to pay the membership fee for 3 consecutive months, the membership account will be automatically suspended. Reactivation of a suspended membership will be decided solely by the Executive Committee. The Committee may approve or reject reactivation based on their assessment.
